2026 Part D Prescription Drug Plan Keys Notes

•IRMAA charges apply to Part B and Part D

•As with every year, prescription drug costs and coverage vary from plan to plan.

•Rx plan benefits can change each year.

•Look for the Annual Notice of Change your plan will send out each year towards the end of September.

What’s changed in 2026:

•The Rx out-of-pocket maximum for 2026 is $2,100

•There continues to be no Coverage Gap or Donut Hole

•There continues to be only three stages to Part D prescription drug plans.

• Also, the Part D Rx Deductible increased to $615 for 2026.
